A fantastic service I would recommend to anyone, very happy with all aspects of it. An extremely helpful team, and Olivia has patiently, promptly and competently answered my many questions. As a new business owner the world of tax and accounts was really confusing to me (and still is in many ways) but Olivia and the team have explained everything, been really supportive and made it all run very smoothly. Avoid. TaxAssist were far better than this outfit. They tried telling me I would owe HMRC over £13'000 for tax year April 2020 to April 2021, when in fact I had already paid for this tax year in January 2022. How does a professional firm make this sort of mistake? Luckily I never signed anything when they asked. I have tried reaching out to them by email but still waiting a response. Terrible service. Terrible communication, no one ever tries to explain anything to you properly.
