If there was an option for zero I would give that.

-They never answer the phone.
-I have emailed a few times and received unhelpful replies with links to organisations that I could google search myself, and they have not answered my questions.
-I received a call back from an advisor called Sonia. She took my details of my situation but was not able to give me any advice, said she had to ask her supervisor about what to do. She gave me wrong information, told me to contact a solicitor firm as they give give free legal advice initially, but they do not. She said they had no one available to help me write a complaint. Very incompetent advisor and service.

Useless service and a waste of time, just do your own research. Do the work yourself, as you’ll do a much better job.

The options just send you into a loop I’ve been pressing the same exact options for about 15 mins now!!! Needs sorting, supposed to help people when they don’t know where else to turn to then it turns into a game almost

I have utilised the services of many a Cab. Chapeltown Cab is by far the best. They're thorough, professional, keen on detail and know what they're talking about. Your allocated slot is what you get and more. Nicely decorated, clean building. Professional staff from varying races. 5 star all the time for me.

This bureau never returns your call, am very disappointed and this particular adviser name Mr Abdul Barri and immigration adviser this man not sure if he knows is a job. Also in the office with white people and keep saying how white people are racist. I wish nerve took my job to him. Because of him is still waiting on my partner doc to be the return of the poor job he did. Three months now still nothing. When you call and want to speak to him, he is busy with another client and will return your call, never. This man should never work in this place or be an immigration adviser. My complaint does not end yet. I will fight.

Absolutely useless... just showing they are working that’s all. Two charities that will receive £51 million in government funding to provide advice and support to claimants of universal credit (UC) signed gagging clauses that prevent them bringing the Department for Work and Pensions “unfairly” into “disrepute”. (Freedom of information).
