If you are looking to get a document copy certified, shop around before considering using this notary. His fee to certify a copy of a Lasting Power of Attorney was £200. I found this shocking, as certifying a document is straightforward. I then discovered that Wards Solicitors in a Weston has the exact same service for just £42 (including VAT). Don't get gouged on price.
