I was approached by Keara from NSA regarding a Recruitment Trainer position, I was already in an established job so not really looking, however Keara soon illustrated the benefits of the company and the role, it was an attractive option. Keara was professional and very personable. Any questions I had were answered in detail.

Unfortunately on the day of my interview there was an accident on the motorway with huge delays, I was re-routed via my google maps, which suddenly stopped working, as you can imagine I was rather panic stricken. I rang Keara who jumped online and calmly directed me in, had it not been for her help and support and patience I would of not made the interview and got a great job.
