Anees and the Step Legal team were really helpful throughout our process. From the moment I began the process with Step Legal Solicitors (Anna and her team) I felt that I could trust Anna to complete my claim speedily in spite of the covid problem. She was really helpful and was easy to talk with. She kept us informed every step of the way and always returned our calls. I would use Step Legal again and highly recommend them to anyone in the future as a must. The service you get is second to none not like some other solicitors who seem to have lost the personal touch when dealing with clients.

Very pleased with the level of service I received from Aness(initial contact through to completion). From the start, Anees made us feel like our transaction was extremely important to him and explained legal jargon (e.g. Indemnity insurance, party wall, boundry dispute etc.) in terms I could understand in order for me to make informed choices. I was kept up to date throughout the process and Aness was always available on the phone and made what could have been a stressful time a lot less so. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The Live Chat Team are so friendly and extremely helpful and when I arrived at the offices the welcome from the Receptionist was very cheerful whilst also being very professional. I then met Abid Hussain who was a complete pleasure to deal with. Overall the customer experience was one of the best I have ever received. I would highly recommend Step Legal if you want a professional but friendly service.

We undertook conveyancing services, engaging Anees at Step Legal, and would thoroughly recommend.

He was approachable, efficient and had excellent communication and transparency throughout. At a similar time we happen to have several friends who went through house purchases/sales with other solicitors and somehow, despite ours being less time sensitive, the work was completed faster and overall we seemed to have a much better experience - which we put wholly down to Anees.

When I had occasion to call into the office, despite current restrictions with COVID-19, the staff there were friendly & helpful, again differing from experiences with other local high street firms.
