Had a small issue with my wages, where it was paid at the wrong rate. It was a mistake on their part however they dealt with it really, really well and can not fault them at all. Laura was very professional and responded very quickly to resolve the issue. Scott was also able to find me a position within a day, quick and efficient.

I was contacted and coerced into taking a post to attend at short notice. Very low paid customer service role. I reluctantly accepted the role as I had been approached so rapidly to do this slightly unfamiliar role. On attending I was given the most boring work to do so happily I got my head down and worked for the whole morning data inputting. After lunch the agency rang me telling me that I was not what the Company were looking for and asked to leave. I was assured by the agency that they would contact me within the hour with a more suitable admin role. Needless to say no phone call from them and so far no remuneration for my dreadful mornings work.

Don't touch this agency with a barge pole. THEY ARE CON MERCHANTS.....

Don't pay till after 7.30 pm on Friday, ur lucky if u get paid at all, they like to keep peoples wages. My partner worked for these and they are an absolute shambles of an agency. Now my boyfriend has to take them to small claims court to get his money owed, the agency do not send u a p45, they also did not pay him his holidays when he left.

Applied for a picking job on indeed was emailed asking for details which I sent and to await online registration details. Had no further contact for 3weeks, until I was called out of the blue on a Friday and asked if I was available for that night which I wasn't. Was then told I would be sent online registration link again to then receive an email saying the vacancy had been filled despite indeed alerting me to the same job having been posted 3 hours before.

I worked for them for Christmas at DHL Primark Distribution and I have not been paid the wages remaining. They make false promises and I have sent numerous of e-mails since December and they keep saying we are looking in your enquiry. His clients need to know how they treat their employees, and these types of agencies must be EXPOSED. I will further contact media to expose this disgusting agency

They miss lead a job as admin for fact it was a factory job putting sim cards in phones back in work work line. To a heavaly pregnant woman who had. To stand at that work place for hours forcing her to walk out. In turn she left her other job to go here and now is jobless because of PB awful busy to do that not acceptable
