Outstanding service, help and support. Faith was extremely prompt, efficient, help and very patient. She talk me through everything. Communication via email was swift and easy to understand. No technical jargon to confuse me. I am recommending her to all I know. Nothing was too much to ask for in help. Great value as well. You will struggle to find better. A really excellent experience with Faith - and I'll be using her company's services again in future for sure.

As a director of a small limited company, I struggle to understand the tax system enough to know if I'm making the right decisions at each step. Faith has a clear, organised way of explaining each aspect, that is not too detail-heavy but also it is detailed enough for me to learn and understand. She's also very upfront about her charges, which are reasonable, and she gives me the client ongoing personal attention and is readily available. (The fact that she doesn't palm me off to a bot or a junior employee, like so many other companies do, means a lot to me).
