Tracy had been great. Understanding and helped myself and ex partner work out a number of differences and work towards what’s best for our daughter. Can’t thank her and her team enough for the impact it’s had on my life.

I had a terrible experience with this business.

Tracy did not stick to mediator’s guidelines - which must offer the same service to both parties. I recieved 30 minute phonecall whilst the other party recieved 1 hour face to face meeting. She then tried to blame her staff for this despite the guidelines stating that she must have a reason in writing on the day. I was told my phone had rung out when it had not - it had gone straight to voicemail with no missed call in my log.

If you want to avoid a mediator who lies and deflects blame - then avoid this business at all cost.

I received a half hearted apology/blaming of her staff in an email. However I expressed that I found the behaviour toxic and, as such, could no longer trust this company with such an important job.

Despite all of this I still wouldn’t have bothered to take the time to write this review, however she then decided to tell the other party that I had called her toxic in my (private) email.

So I rest my case…

I feel she is working for whoever has enlisted her help. It was stark difference to the professionalism we experienced from Christine Plews at the Mediation Space.

(I’ve a good mind to report this business, I might when the child arrangement order is complete)
