Absolutely terrible company, constantly having to harass them to complete tax returns on time, they have issued snotty invoices reminders three times for a bill that has already been settled, staff have no interest in anything you have to say. Cannot describe how much of a repeatedly bad service this company have given me.

Can’t articulate my disappointment enough with this outfit… They seem to ignore emails, never return a call, and as a prospective new client, it’s the worst possible experience! Needless to say, I won’t take things any further… Can’t imagine why I was ever recommended to speak with them. Go elsewhere - first impression is that they are a shower !

Absolutely disgusting service. Lost my books then refused to resolve the issue!! Had the bare faced cheek to accuse me of losing them. Ignored all correspondence and then dragged their heels when requested to forward my files to a new accountant. Their staff are condescending and quite frankly incompetent. I went to this accountant on a recommendation but have since found out that they have a reputation for treating customers the same way I’ve been treat. Avoid at all costs.

Signed an agreement with them weeks ago and not had any response to emails. Just managed to find a contact number for them (not on any correspondence) and spoke with an uninterested man on the phone who agreed when I said maybe I should just find another company to use.

Stephen Bailey the Director a total disgrace. AVOID at all costs. Done a capital allowance claim he got paid and kept over £30,000 not issuing a penny to me from the allowance left me with a claim that’s still pending. Does not answer calls a TOTAL CROOK. One of the worst humans I’ve met while 45 years on earth. Please avoid at all costs.
