This is my experience with Loch Law which is part of Loch Associates Group
On 24th May 2024 I was called for an initial interview with Loch Law
This case was with regards to trying to claim a recovery of Non Payment of Redundancy from an ex-employer
At this initial interview I produced an type written contact list for the purposes for this solicitor handling my case of Non Payment of Redundancy to make an initial contact with my ex-employer
I had quite a serious first initial legal interview with a Loch Law solicitor to see if my case was possible
It was agreed that my case of Non Payment of Redundancy was actually possible and that Loch Law would take this case on
After this legal initial interview I felt quite 10'000% confident that I could be ono a winning case
It was agreed that the solicitor on my initial interview would be the Senior Supervising Solicitor buit a Loch Law Paralegal would actually do the legal work, to this I was quite happy
The solicitor on this case first had to acquire a DSAR from my ex-employer so to have an overall view of my case
It was also agreed at this initial legal interview that once Loch Law were in possession of the DSAR then a group meeting would be called so that the following people could have a group meeting, this meeting was to be attended by

We had to wait some four weeks before my ex-employer was able to produce the DSAR
The DSAR was sent to myself at my home address, this DSAR should of gone to directly to Loch Law
When this DSAR arrived at my home address I had a very quick "peek" at tis massive multi document, I did find some untruths and fabricated facts
When I found out that Loch Law had recieved this DSAR to which I had posted this onto Loch Law I was then expecting to have a telephone call to ask me and my friend for a group meeting to which would be attended by

This group meeting never ever happened
The whole idea of this group meeting between the above said was to sort out if there was any untrue facts and figures and to add any further legal information as so required
Loch Law renaded on this promise and it turned out that this Loch Law Senior Solicitor together with this Loch Law Paralegal was to detremine my fate on this case
It was these two Loch Law persons that decided between them that my case had nothing to answer and that my case was worth "NIL"
Myself, Loch Law client together with my close friend was totally excluded from this so called group meeting that had been so promised to us
We had absolutely no involvement within this case as we should so have been done
All decisons were made and done on the say so of these two Loch Law legal persons we had ZILCH/ZERO input into this case of Non Paymernt of Redundancy from my ex-employer, YET i could of produced to Loch Law the full and truthful factual events on paper legal documents to show that this DSAR was riddled with untruths/fabricated facts and figures/ untrue events
But for some reason to which we cannot explain Loch Law decided that this case had "NIL" value to which this is totally untrue
In some parts of this DSAR we found liblious facts we pointed this out to Loch Law but it fell on deaf ears
We had many weeks of arguing through email that everything that Loch Law had done on this case was total mistakes after mistakes yet Loch Law would just not comprehend the facts that we had placed within our emails, we never ever got a "Sorry" out of Loch Law for the mistakes made by Loch Law
Loch Law legally contravened the promises that were made at this initial meeting
This case all ended in rather a bad mode and we have no real faith in the Law or the solicitor
So to whomever employs Loch Law be so very careful and aware of the actions and attitude of Loch Law
