We decided to use Compass CHC to help us secure funding for a relative in a care home. They promise you everything when they speak to you. They did a good job collating evidence for the case but there were long periods of non-communication and constantly having to chase them up. They seemed to lose interest once they had their money. Negative outcome for us unfortunately.
