This firm had my review removed. How, I don't know. But it goes to show, this is not a charity with any spine.
18 months ago, they made me destitute. JCWI made 2 huge errors. Their lawyers made a serious error and it cost me all of my savings and career. The home office came after me for over 1 year. They tried to deport me. They failed as I was 100% legal, but JCWI did nothing to resolve their mistakes. 1 year later, I have been ignored by the CEO, the legal director and they know what they did. They preach the word in newspapers, but dig into their work - you'll find a trial of destruction behind their work.

Please don't donate or help this firm. They have ruined my life and my family without any remorse.
Regardless that they are facing serious legal action and failing to adhere to the Pre Action Negligence Protocols, set by the Govt to help victims like myself, of failed lawyers, still nothing.

It's Christmas. and I have nothing because of JCWI

I couldn't fault the tireless efforts of JCWI in getting my issues resolved in the most professional and efficient manner. The legal director (Sarah) was on top of the issues and helped us reach a logical conclusion - I will recommend their services any day.

After 3 years waiting on there solicitors all what they done is getting Payed big money from legal aid and passing my case to whom works only one day a week and it impossible to contact as she never answer my calls or emails only when she needs to get more money that all
very poor service false promises until now we don't know what happening with the that started over two years ago .
for anyone who needs a solicitor please don't chose JCWI as you just going to lose your time and money plus no chance for you to win the case .

The advice and guidance received from JCWI, specifically Duduzile Mayo and Mary Atkinson, helped me in appealing successfully vs Home Office! Very grateful to their selfless committed work in helping so many lives ruined by the Home Office rash decisions.

These guys are ANGELS . For 4 years Ellen.Fotheringham fought my case against the home office and eventually won. But their help.towards me went beyond being lawyers, they bought formula for my baby when I had no money at the beginning of the pandemic, they booked us a hotel for a few days when our section 95 accommodation had no electricity and heating for days mid winter . I could write a book of their kind deeds. I look forwards to now starting our life here in the UK.

My partner hired jcwi in 2018
Jcwi have ruined our lives. They twice submitted a wrong application which has placed us in an unimaginable traumatic situation where he is under threat of deportation due to Sariah Javeds errors.
We've lost a year of our lives, have no money for our wedding in May and living in fear.

Jcwi did this to us and refuse to apologise or work at their errors.

Please avoid this firm. They ruined us
