Used this solicitors twice now. Both times they did a great job. Where prompt responses and happy to deal with any questions how ever silly they may sound. Stephen dealt with myself and he great job both times. Very happy I chose this firm to deal with my completions. I definitely recommend the firm if you looking for a solicitors for property related enquiries

Very frustrating experience with P, S & C, with a private flat sale and leasehold extension, which subsequently fell through. Initial solicitor left, we weren't informed until we contacted them. Next solicitor slow, denied start date, & added on charges. Nightmare!

I do NOT recommend this firm, since I have been treated shoddily by TWO different solicitors/paralegals. Oh and by the way, when any of these firms or solicitors say on their website or literature that they are “regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority”, don’t take any notice of that since that is thinly veiled self-regulation, since the SRA is a part of the Law Society, which is the lawyers own representative body and is absolutely notorious for doing next to nothing to help so many victims of solicitors. In 2012 they rejected a staggering 94% of complaints about solicitors, gave 5.4% only a friendly “letter of advice” and only disciplined 0.6%. In 2017 they received 20,000 complaints and yet only disciplined 27 solicitors.

My first bad experience was with paralegal Nicolette Nixon, who met with me for about 45 minutes charged to Legal Aid, for which she had me fill out forms. She told me the things she would do for me in my case and when I asked her how I would know when she had done them, she said she would contact me. But guess what? After taking that Legal Aid consultation fee, she never, ever contacted me. I revisited the firm after a month and left a message for her, since she was not there, but she never got back to me. I even asked for her again some time afterward. She met me at the door and told me when she didn’t hear from me, she put my files away in storage, but she was supposed to do what she promised and get back to me with the results, and she did hear from me but never got back to me! Why didn’t she contact me before storing away my files? She then claimed that she hadn’t done anything she said she would do because she hadn’t heard from me. What nonsense! Even after that meeting, I yet again never heard from her. She derailed my momentum.

My second bad experience was with solicitor Michael Kilbane. I told him I wanted help to get a court order to force an evil, abusive, crooked, fraudulent English solicitor to hand over information from my mother’s estate, of which she made me an executor. He told me “I don’t know why you want information from your mother’s estate. It looks to me as if you just want to go on a ‘fishing expedition’”. What? Who the hell does he think he is questioning my legal right to this information, which I had because I was an executor with a Grant of Probate? This is how these solicitors behave. Incredibly arrogant, often when you go to them for help, they behave like they are your enemy, like they are acting for the other side against you. It is an extremely corrupt profession, sanctioned by the British government and parliament, who allow them to "regulate" themselves. He barely took the time to listen to me. Although I came to him, I struggled to get a word in edgeways. As if his behaviour up to that point wasn’t bad enough, when I told him the solicitor had lied to me he suddenly said, “I don’t think I want to take this case. I am busy with other work”. This is a standard excuse by this hideous, abusive profession when they don’t want to take a case. I think he said that because he is a coward and unwilling to help someone who has suffered appalling abuse and misconduct from another solicitor, of which there are many people. By refusing to help victims of solicitors, they are actively helping to cover up such abuses. He was not willing to help me or even hear my story, from the beginning. Although this firm is based in the local Holloway area and has benefited from the custom and patronage of the local community, I don’t think they give a damn about helping people in the local community they earn a living from. More people should spread more word of mouth about this profession!

I had a terrible experience here. My lawyer I was assigned did nothing for me as I tried to evict my tenants, he did absolutely nothing and was charging me very unreasonable amounts. The lawyers here will not advise you whether you have a chance of winning a case lr not, they tell you at the last second after having paid thousands of pounds and i then complained to then be completrly ignored bg everyone from this firm.

Very unprofessional! I went there to get my passport application witnessed and the lawyer said my picture didn’t look like me! What a joke! I was so furious I have travelled so many times with my passport etc and never had this issue.. I left immediately and went to another solicitor luckily not far from where I lived and he signed it without any worries . The black lawyer there is absolutely useless! Don’t go in there waste of time!!!!! Wish I could give 0 star ! Unbelievable

I've used this firm to purchase a property and overall experience was next to none! I was kept up to date from start to finish and Stephen Friday assisted with further nagging issues with the builder after the purchase was complete. Highly Recommended!

just dreadful, went to get advice about evicting tenant, clueless bad advice, no idea, who are these people named as percy and cuthbert. I went elsewhere, found a company run by ex county court staff, who I found to be as sharp as a surgeons knife. Forget this lot. You have been WARNED.
