If possible zero stars. They didn't even bother setting up the system till after 9. Then was told to come back in 20 minutes, so I did and then the guy said " oh I called and they said the system should be up in 1 hour so come back then". Commen Sense would say to start it up before 9. No nit these idiots

I am local and love shopping in the high street.
The post office isn’t exactly the best place for interaction.
I always feel when I am in there to do business they are very responsive, like they are doing me a favour.
Some would say rude !!
To be honest I will take my business to Heacham from now on.
The ladies there always have a nice chat with you while you’re there.

Have been refused service here due to not having the cash to pay and no available card. Asked if I could pop out quickly to the cash point at the front of the shop once I realised my mistake but was then refused service and informed I wouldn’t be served. There was one person in the queue behind me. The man is very rude and grumpy in general which is very off putting. Tried to refuse to serve me if I arrive after 5pm; it shuts at 5.30pm. Hideous work ethic and they do not publicly post their lunch hour, just slap a notice on the till. Extremely inaccessible if you need to know times due to accessibility issues.
