I would highly recommend Chris at planning house, the experience has been very positive. She is extremely knowledgable and has been incredibly supportive. Initially I contacted three different consultants. Chris was the only one who actually spent time reading emails between myself and Richmond council and then provided me with advice which resolved the situation in our favour. Thank you!

BRILLIANT SERVICE. BRILLIANT PHONE MANNER.... I phoned Chris after looking on the Internet for a private planning consultant. I don't write reviews for the sake of it, I write them when I really believe in the person I have had dealings with. Highly recommend Chris Pipe as a planner, her approach was second to none and made us feel we were in good hands instantly. We required her expertise to obtain approval for outline permission of a home in our woodland. Chris was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions/queries in a timely manner.
Chris used her extensive knowledge and skill to secure permission for a rural worker dwelling at our forestry business in County Durham. Chris has achieved something we thought was going to be impossible. Only a very small percentage of permission is granted for forest/woodland dwellings.
We cannot thank Chris enough for her support and obtaining this massive result for us!
We would recommend her services and would absolutely use her again.
