I went for an appointment here in April and was quite impressed by the staff and their professionalism. They have a warm waiting area and offered water/coffee/tea. The team were supportive, patient , warm and easy to talk to as well. The only downside to this facility is the lack of parking which is why I’m giving a 4⭐️ rather than a 5. Notwithstanding, I’d highly recommend them !

I would not recommend ! the only reason I used this service is simply because they were the only mediation service that I could find that accepted legal aid. Communication was poor and I feel they didn’t explain the whole procedure to me. The only decent thing about this place is the nice man in the office always polite, nice telephone voice etc, I found the lady in the office rude and found she spoke down to me and was awful at getting back to me on issues. The mediators were nice enough but I don’t feel anything was really achieved apart from me coming away from that place in tears

What a wonderfully positive place for couples to come to who no longer see eye to eye. A breakup can be heart-breaking for all the family involved. However, the pioneering SE London Family Mediation team do a wonderfully caring job of making sense out of what may seem senseless. A positive place of meaning, purpose and solutions. Their professionalism and service cannot be recommended highly enough.
