Becky is very knowledgeable and accommodating to the organisations needs. She brings a fantastic skill of being able to relate to her audience and connect with everyone she engages with. She gives off a great energy and leaves people feeling positive and enthusiastic about looking after themselves better.

Rebecca delivered a session for East Midlands Chamber which was really insightful for staff. An emphasis on taking small steps and being realistic about what can be achieved with our diets was helpful and there were lots of great tips for staff to take away.

I had completely lost my motivation in the Kitchen and so signed up for a 1-1 food consultation with Becky and it was amazing.

Becky put together some incredible recipes that can be used to create several different meals, including ones which my daughters can also join in and make with me.

She took into account my dietary requirements and showed me how I can adapt each recipe, so that I don't have to cook separate meals for everyone in the family!

Above all, she was incredibly kind, genuine and helpful, with a professional yet relaxed approach.

For anyone looking for inspiration in the kitchen, I would highly recommend Becky.

Becky came to Derby Pride Academy to deliver a “Food Life Skills” session to students across key stage 3&4.

Our students were engaged in her session; learning about the effects of food on our day to day life and also how to get the most out of a small budget to cover the cost of meals across a week. The sessions were hands on and our students had the opportunity to try different drinks as well as trying to identify as many ingredients within a tomato based sauce. They even got to take a copy of the recipe home with them.

Throughout the sessions, Becky was great at engaging our students and communicating with them. What a fantastic day of sessions for our students and we would love to have Becky back into our academy again!

This is from a lovely lady, Katie Matkin from Derbyshire Carers (who doesn’t have a google account -
Becky delivered a Food and Mood workshop for our Carers. Becky was very relatable and provided a safe space for the carers to open up about their situations in a non-judgmental environment. Becky gave some really great advice, made us think and provided us with lots of knowledge to put into practice. It was great to see everyone getting involved and sharing their tips and tricks with the group.
Becky also provided us with the slides from our workshop for those attendees to look back on. We would love to have Becky back sometime for another workshop.
