I got ghosted!Fay white kept communicating with me from the moment I applied untill I got the interview,after that I haven’t received feedback. She doesn’t even respond to my messages just grey ticks them. very dissapointed.

Worst recruitment experience to date!!! Happy to put you forward for interviews and call you daily until the interview takes place, no interaction thereafter to provide feedback OR deliver news of being unsuccessful. (I would understand not receiving feedback for a high volume role) But this was between 2 people applying for a management position!! Chased for feedback - promised a call back by the recruiter yet no feedback provided!!

My relationship with the Tangent International Staff is very fluid and they pay attention about me, in the sense to provide me the appropriate support that I need to develop my job and achieve the objectives (salary, housing and expenses reimbursement on time, health care and security and kind treatment as well).

I like the Tangent International Staff culture ! They are very open and always they are pursuing the solution of all the problems / requirements that an international work position can need. No matter how far you are from the headquarters (UK) the Staff always find out the way to solve any problem / requirement that could rise !

I'm 62 years old and used to be CTO and CTIO in different ICT Service Providers in countries like Argentina, Mexico and Brazil and this is my first time as an advisor, to support with my experience new developments in the ICT arena and I found the best way throughout Tangent International to be involved in new demanding challenges.
