I’m very disappointed that my accountant refused to handle my tax return simply because I didn’t file last year’s return with them. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I couldn’t make it to Bedford last year, and I’ve always done my tax returns with Novakovic since becoming self-employed. This decision doesn’t make sense and feels unfair, especially considering my history as a loyal client. I expected more understanding and flexibility given our long-standing relationship.

The actual accountants top class, top quality work with no complaints at all. The actual business, owner and accounts dept, disgusting at paying back refunds, and repayments back to you lack of communication and a CEO that cannot be bothered to return calls on several requests to discuss paying customers concerns and feedback for improvements. Been a loyal customer since 2017, supporting local businesses, what a big shame! Will not be recommended them any further to anyone.
