Miller Clear were excellent! Simon carefully listened to our brief that we wanted to modernise and future-proof a “tired” rental house above Grasmere and turn it into a family home. He developed a sensitive plan that brought light and space into the house without losing the feel of it being a C19th building. We were granted planning permission with no problem as the plans were in keeping with requirements of a building within the National Park. Simon helped us appoint a builder and very few changes needed to be made whilst refurbishing the building because the plans were thorough. We now have a wonderful family home which is light, warm, spacious and in keeping with the environment. Miller Clear are an excellent team who listen, produce sound and timely plans at a reasonable cost.

Really difficult and frustrating experience; really not what we expected from RIBA architects. One issue after another. We're now having to go to formal/ legal action.
