Lyndhurst House was a beautiful stay. So clean for a beginner. Lovely wash products in the bathroom. Lovely little tea/coffee tray and drink items. Everything smelt lovely and fresh. Bed was super comfy. We had the horse box which was Cosy next time we’d do a different room but only because we like more space not the room. Breakfast was excellent and the hosts very amenable. There’s nothing to moan about it’s just a great stay and one to be repeated.

Nick and Allison are fantastic hosts and lovely people. They were both immensely welcoming, helpful and generous, providing useful advice on local restaurants and woodland walks. The room was spacious, well facilitated, cosy and clean. Check in and check out were both seamless. Can’t recommend them enough if you’re looking to stay in Lyndhurst.

Our stay at the Lyndhurst House was excellent. We booked 3 rooms, over 3 days, and each was comfortable and clean. Nick the host, was very friendly and hospitable. All 5 of us were very happy with our stay and would not hesitate to book again. Also, the location was great- easy to walk to shopping and restaurants.

We have just returned from a lovely two night stay at Lyndhurst House. Nick and Alison provided fantastic hospitality, just the right balance between being extremely helpful but not overbearing! Their house is spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious and very fresh. Great location, 5 minutes walk into the village (highly recommend the fox and hounds pub for food and ambience ). Should we return to Lyndhurst, we would have no hesitation in staying at Lyndhurst House again.

We recently stayed for a week with Alison and Nick on our annual visit to the New Forest, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Alison and Nick are wonderful hosts and the breakfasts are amazing. Ideal location for restaurants, pubs and walking in the Forest. Looking forward to next year already. Thank you Alison and Nick.

A massive thank you to Ali and Nick at Lyndhurst House. We stayed in the cheekily named Horse Box room, a gorgeous en-suite room on the 1st floor of this immaculate, homely, boutique bed and breakfast in the centre of Lyndhurst. Ali and Nick were the perfect hosts while we visited the area for the Southampton Boat Show. The breakfast was delicious, with loads of variety, and all local and fresh. Highly recommend a lovely long stay here.

Such a lovely b&b! We stayed for 2 nights and honestly had the best nights sleep here, the room is so cosy, bed was extremely comfortable, bath tub is huge felt like such a treat bathing in it ? the breakfast was yummy would highly recommend, this place is one of the best b&bs we've stayed in, Nick is an amazing host!

brilliant stay at lyndhurst house , alison and nick are there whenever you need them, breakfast is 1st class as are the rooms, and we have stayed before in the different rooms, ideal location as 2 minute walk into lyndhurst village, great parking spaces for stay. would highly recommend. 5star place to stay for visiting new forest *
