As with all of the other reviewers I share the same frustration and relate to the same poor service. Slow in responding, submitted the incorrect form to Land Registry then they were intervened by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and now, it seems, judging by Companies house, they're operating again.

Abysmal service - had to constantly chase. Would not use again (that said, the two ladies who eventually ended up managing my sale and subsequent purchase were lovely but again I had to chase). Hope they've moved onto a better Solicitors!

Unethical , with charges , negligent with the conveyancing. Zero customer service , little or no response by email or phone call.
He employs people who are not professional and do not know how to do their job , leaving the customer with intense stress and unresolved problems.Steve Davies also lacks professionalism himself.

I used this firm for buying my house last June. Paperwork is yet to be completed and now they have been closed done by the SRA. They are an embarrassment. Had nothing but problems with them at the time and now more problems as I have to now find another firm to do what they have missed.

They failed to submit paperwork on time to HMRC and I now face £200 for their late filings. 7 moth delay..
