I called Mark on the recommendation of a friend after experiencing serious IT issues with both my business computer hardware and software systems. Mark responded immediately, came to my house and managed to solve the problems quickly, effectively and without fuss for a very reasonable cost.

I had to call him in for a 2nd unrelated problem not long afterwards and he successfully dealt with those issues promptly and effectively.
