Talking through things with Paula has enabled me to lose the anger I felt and to work through the hurt and betrayal caused by somebody close to me.

Paula has a way of helping you that is unique & she never judges you regardless of what it is you need help with.
Counselling can be very challenging but Paula without a doubt ensures you can go through the tough times to become a better you.
