Attempted to get a quote for commercial conveyancing. Very disappointed by the process, 3 times Megan emailed me 1 single question in each of the emails. Only 1 of the questions were relevant to needing a quote. Causing a further delay. On my final response I asked for Megan to contact me to go through any further questions and had no call back. I have since instructed elsewhere.

I am sure that if you have a complex case this company will be very good. The service was professional but a much higher level than I required (neighbour dispute), responses were slow, so I had to keep chasing and repeating requests for answers. I am sure they are a good professional company for the right type of requirement
