A update . Change from 1 to 5 please read why.
Just had a phone call from Mrs Clare Mansfield.
A lesson for all companies, a phone call is much more beneficial than emails etc.
She has certainly made me feel a lot better about the situation.
She has restored confidence in her company.
She came across as genuine.
Some of her staff should follow her example.
I therefore am changing my review from 1 to 5.
Let's hope I don't regret it.

I won't write at the moment anything ,because there are legal proceedings in place,and I don't want too jeopardise them.

However giving a company a 1 star, wish it was a minus number, shows that something is seriously wrong.

I have no doubt that a good 5 star review will now pop up on their reviews.
Of course it won't be a coincidence

I had the misfortune of my nightmare tenant using Mansfield Solicitors against me as Landlord in a Housing disrepair case. I have never come across such an unprofessional, immoral solicitors Company in my life. Not only did they not acknowledge the Law Society's code of practice, they tried every trick in the book to win their case, including falsifying details of allegations against me. Loads more to be said but in my opinion, beware of them! Absolutely shocking behaviour by a law firm.

If you’re referred to these on an insurance claim then please be aware that communication is terrible, when they do communicate they do not make you feel like they’re in your corner even when it’s blatant that it’s the third party at fault.

In short Lee champion’s people skills are shocking and be prepared for a great deal of stress.

Even now (after 21 months)for claim to be finalised after requesting a simple letter of acknowledgment that third party has admitted liability he sends me the legal document from the third party’s defence which is pretty much a foreign language to someone who is not legally trained and i read it as them using every trick under the sun not to have to admit liability which is one big flashback to all the stress that these people have caused.

My case took almost a year to resolve. Even with the time passed i did not end up getting the treatment for physiotherapy i required and was forced to accept a settlement.
The person that was dealing with my case he had made a lot of excuses even mentioned to me on an email "I have more important clients to deal with such as court hearings" I have never come across such a rude and unprofessional company in my life. I would avoid at all cost. I still require treatment for my physiotherapy which I need to pay from my own pocket. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Admin error!

Admitting it was a SIMPLE admin error makes everything ok? Is putting the WRONG statement in the court paperwork a simple admin error? Thanks! The last-minute change of barrister who was unfamiliar with the case didn't help. I supplied all the information needed. You supplied a simple admin error Hours/days of my time and your companies time wasted.

Was the statement the one I signed? No, it wasn’t!

In your opinion, this did not affect the outcome. In my opinion, it did massively affect the outcome.

Thank you for the £400 compensation but I don’t see this amount as a fair amount for the mistakes made from a company that charges £300 per hour plus VAT

I was feeling like Bobbie Cook. I had very bad experience- - unprofessional, understanding and silly behaviour. I had personal injury claim . Medical examinations directed me to physiotherapist and I had to pay for second medical examination because first was better ( the first did not directed me to physio if it not true than Mansfield Solicitors ignore this ). I lost many mental health with discuss with they. My feeling was than they want quick finish case to fast income.

Mentally and physically I filling better after finish cooperation . Health is the most important . I do not recommend .
