My Equity Release was far from straightforward and every time there was a problem Graham was positive and told me don't worry we will get it sorted and his words were so true. This man's patience ,attitude and humour was great so professional someone you could talk to and feel comfortable with. I could not have got through this without Graham . I don't normally write reviews but without Graham i really don't know what I would of done
