I have been with Rotherham Taylor for just over a year now. I have found them to be first of all a pleasure to deal with in person - polite, professional and knowledgeable. Their work has been done to a high standard yet with an extremely satisfactory turnaround time. We have been with Rotherham Taylor (RT) for over 5 years and we would not change them for the world! Such an amazing, professional, friendly and helpful team!
From the moment I first contacted RT to this point, everything has been excellent. The amount of help I got to correct the errors of the past was great, I don't think I would manage without them. I don't need to worry and think about what I need to do and when, I always get a reminder in advance when, for example VAT quarter or Self assessment is due.
Every member of the team have excellent knowledge of complex financial matters and always happy to go an extra mile whenever we turn to them for guidance.

RT have been my accountants for nearly 10 years and the service has always been excellent. Punctual, responsive, accurate, good value for money. They are flexible to meet when I can, extremely good at nudging me on issues and following up when I ask about something, no matter how basic the issue. As I set up my own business, my needs expanded from purely personal tax to corporate tax support. They work as a business partner with me on these issues, including providing me with a teach-in as I learnt how to use my accounting package. I feel extremely well supported, with minimal fuss, real world practical discussions and all the options laid out with me. And to top it all, they are really great people - and getting on with your accountant always helps when you're sifting through your finances.
