I have been working with Xerxes since 2016, when an inherited US brokerage account complicated my tax situation to the point that I needed help. I contacted several firms that specialised in US/UK tax issues and all but Xerxes came back with a flat fee, no discussion. Naveed, on the other hand, patiently answered endless questions from me, even before I agreed to sign with them. He quickly found out that I had serious errors in my previous US filings and helped me through the complicated procedure to set things right. I needed help filing returns for both US and UK and came across Xerxes through a Google search. Like many US expats, taxes can be complicated and they need to be tailored to each person's individual circumstances. One of the main benefits was Xerxes can do both country filings, where before I was dealing with separate companies for each country. When I signed with Xerxes, we didn't have much time to complete the US filings, but Behzad and his team worked quickly and diligently to get everything prepared and filled just in time before the extension deadline this year. It was reassuring to have someone to ask all my unique questions to and have a team be well versed in the tax codes in each country. I received my return very quickly from the IRS and could not be more pleased with how my whole experience went with Behzad and the rest of the team at Xerxes.
