Gymtro is a fantastic place to train. The coaches are all knowledgeable, approachable and effective in helping you achieve your goals. It’s a friendly environment and not intimidating like a lot of gyms can be. I’ve learnt a lot, achieved a lot and made loads of friends along the way. I can’t recommend it more!

I've been a member of Gymtro since it opened. I've never been enthusiastic about gyms but the Gymtro team are incredible motivators. The trainers are all brilliant at working on individual goals and supported me and adapted my programme following knee surgery. I've hit goals I never thought I would (or knew I had) and more importantly enjoyed doing it. There is a real sense of community at Gymtro - the small group training promotes a real team spirit. I love being part of the Gymtro family.

I have been at this gym for nearly two years, it has a great friendly environment and helps you meet your personal goals. The trainers are all so professional, encouraging and keep you motivated. I have been a member at a few gyms in the past but I never achieved the results I have with Gymtro. They help you with your nutrition and are always on hand to answer any questions. Honestly the best gym in the area with a fantastic atmosphere.

GymTro have been absolutely amazing at supporting me getting back into the gym after my broke my coccyx. All the Coaches have been understanding of my injury and have helped me gain the confidence to get back into the gym and be fitter and stronger than ever before. As well as the excellent Coaches, the Small Group Personal Training sessions are great, you get the social element as well as the support you need. GymTro also provide extra support and initiatives with meal plans, check ins for how you’re getting on, and help you set and achieve new goals. Although I know now how to manage my injury I continue to still be a member and will be so for a long time yet!

A really welcoming environment with professional, supportive and empathic trainers. I've noticed a real difference in my body shape over the last six months since I've been attending Gymtro. I'm fitter and slimmer (I don't have or desire 'bulging muscles' although I am 'leaner'). With only a few people in each session you get the attention you need, but are not put under pressure to perform above your ability. The other members are all of very mixed ages and ability so I always feel at home there how ever I'm feeling about myself at that point in time. Also the fellow members are all incredibly friendly and supportive. It's just a GREAT place to be!

I started Gymtro as I needed something to help push my fitness and weight loss goals after having a baby. Since joining, I have already smashed my initial personal target and I am still going! The team are really great and always encourage you to push your physical and mental limits. I have always struggled with conventional gyms but the structure of small groups keeps you focused and it is just like working out with friends! Would highly recommend Gymtro and the team - keep up the good work! 😊

I have been a member of GymTro on and off for a few years now, whenever I leave, I always find myself back soon! I never gain the same results on my own, compared to when I’m with them.

The team are fantastic, full of knowledge and smiles, the gym is well equipped and kept clean and tidy and the members are all friendly and so supportive.

I couldn’t recommend GymTro enough! They really have changed my life for the better.
