I recently chose Punch Robson Solicitors for a property purchase and encountered a few challenges. The welcome pack took over a week to arrive by post, which was the first sign of their entirely offline process. All paperwork needed to be submitted by mail, and they required in-person visits to their office to present original ID documents, like passports and driving licenses. While there's an option to mail these documents, it didn't feel secure to me. Consequently, I opted for a different solicitor offering a fully online and more streamlined process. If you're looking for efficiency and modern conveniences in handling legal matters, you might find Punch Robson Solicitors' methods a bit traditional.

Stoneridge look after our rental properties and any sales we may have. They recently sold 2x Flats for us. Through no fault of Stoneridge the sales took some time to complete. Sally progressed the sales through to completion with great professionalism. She was on top of both sides solicitors and without her input I am sure the sales would have fallen through.

Punch Robson have dealt with the administration of my fathers estate and it has taken 21 months to complete a relatively straightforward will.

We have dealt with 5 different solicitor’s resulting in no consistency, we’re not always kept updated, had calls ignored, mislead with HRMC information and dealt with in an uncaring and arrogant manner.

They have withheld a large amount of money for 11 month awaiting tax information, which actually resulting in my fathers tax being in credit. We requested that beneficiaries be payed interim payments, but we’re ignored.

I would highly discourage this use of Punch Robson for something as important and emotional as your parents will.

The sale of our parents house took much longer than expected. We accepted an offer at the end of August 2019,we finally completed mid February 2020. We were initially told completion would probably be by end of October, then by end of November. On a couple of occasions we rang to find out what was happening, we were told someone would call us back, this didn't happen!! Felt like we were being kept in the dark. Unacceptable.

Ok. The solicitor that dealt with my daughter with regards to her child custody case talked a good show, but in court seemed scared actually talk in court. And £10,000 later we ran out of money, we were dropped unceremoniously in a text 7 days before very important court hearing. I phoned and paid the last £1500 today and they seemed very aprupt. Think they dragged out contact and information to other parties involved in the case. And hence, extra charges for emails, phone calls etc.
