We urgently needed a Notary to help with the documents regarding the sale of our property in Italy. We found Rosemary's business on line and contacted her because of the excellent reviews. Within a couple of days we had an appointment at her home. Rosemary was very friendly, efficient and professional and dealt with our paperwork quickly, alleviating a good bit of the stress we had been feeling. I found Rosemary’s website after a google search. I found the website very informative and easy to navigate. When I rang to inquire about the process of notarisation and apostille she explained in a very clear and understandable manner.
Rosemary offers flexible appointment times which include evenings and weekends which we found extremely helpful due to the hours we work. As a result we were able to complete everything in a timely manner. Any emails I sent were responded to promptly.

If the need were to arise in the future, I would not hesitate to have Rosemary to act for us again.

Rosemary was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. What sort of joke is this? We phoned today to ask a couple of questions as we were confused with something personal, all we got was shouting and angry comments. Whoever answered the phone repeatedly saying ‘I described this, I described that, I was told this etc.’ Well we do have ears and are NOT children but obviously we do need confirmation first before doing. Why is it so wrong to be safe and sorry? Maybe this lady needs to ask herself that question.
