Very thorough instructor, Ian is very knowledgeable and have relatable experience, personally having years where I've not experienced any industry specific training I was nervous to say the least. Ian made it his task for me to regain some self confidence, Pending results of written exams I've came away from the Door Supervisor top up a more knowledgeable operative. I will fully recommend to all that ask T.R.U. for all training needs!

Took my full course for my SIA Door supervisor with Ian this week, was amazing Ian’s knowledge is amazing going out of his way to support making sure everyone has what they need to do there best. High recommend having Ian and TRU as instructors or event security.

Completed and passed my Mechanical restraint course, instructed by Ian today. Excellent course and exceptional instruction. Having previously undertaken governent training by Hmpps in comparison this course was dramatically more learner focused and the techniques were far more modernised. Cannot stress this enough 'exceptional training at a more than reasonable cost'. Will hopefully do my door supervisor top up training with Tru also.
