Brilliant vets. Always look after our 2 cats really well.
Can always get an appointment when we need it and their pet plan is great. It covers chipping neutering, vaccinations, worm & flea treatments and a percentage off of vets bills, all for a monthly charge by direct debit.
The vets are excellent as are the nurses and the receptionist is very helpful and friendly.
It's a great vets.

Highly recommend this practice. Michaela is a fantastic receptionist and a true credit to Medivet at Marston nothing is to much trouble. Our vet Zoe was amazing. Kind, caring and compassionate towards Poppy together with being very knowledgeable. Zoe is a true asset to the team. Definitely recommend it here.

Medivet in Marston Moretaine are great. All of the staff are really friendly and helpful and every time I have been in with my cats - they take really good care of them and give them lots of compliments, treats and fuss which takes away some of the trauma of a vet visit. Medivet Marston Moretaine would be always the best vet that we ever had. Unfortunately we have moved out of Marston Moretaine and had to switch to Medivet in different area ,as is near by our new home. We will definitely miss the absolutely an amazing staff team from Marston Moretaine, and all the support we were given while with them.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care that Dr. Kate provided during my recent visit to your clinic.

When I brought my dog in for examination, I was understandably anxious about his serious condition. Dr. Kate's professionalism and compassion immediately put me at ease. Not only did she thoroughly explain my dog's health issues, but she also took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and clarity. Her encouragement and guidance on how to manage my dog's condition were invaluable to me.

I truly appreciate Dr. Kate's dedication and the way she made me feel supported during such a challenging time. It is rare to find a veterinarian who combines expertise with such a genuine concern for both the animals and their owners.

rather annoyed..
I rescued a kitten 2 weeks ago.. he isn't well, underweight.
marston actually took him before me and checked him over and flea bathed and sent him on his way.. he isn't good, they missed his paw pads had holes in the etc and must have known 2 weeks ago he wasn't well.. took yesterday and given 1 injection of antibiotics. to be told come back tomorrow (at my cost) and have another consultation and pay again for more antibiotics 😳.. made out he was starving as they gave him a yummy treat.. he eats really well at home and clearly unwell so not thriving..
why do I have to pay when you ask us to come back, why are you not giving the whole antibiotic prescription, left feel crap and basically told he may die 🙄 went to Ampthill vets today and they were brilliant, took time and care, checked his eyes with dye, noticed his heart murmur which marstons missed, weeks worth antibiotics and a free weight check and update for Monday, they call cuddled and made a fuss off him.. marston workers all look depressed and miserable..
