The Levels Financial were exceptional in catering for our needs. Luke Wilkins was our advisor and he kept us informed every step of the way and gave us the option on how to set up meetings (Microsoft Teams or face to face). He managed to get us a very good deal on the mortgage explaining it every step and showing us a budget plan. He then set up a meeting to ensure we had the recommended and compulsory insurances in place and again was very clear in his explanations. Communication again was exceptional and just before exchange the mortgage rates went down and without any input from us, got us an even better deal. Couldn't ask for more, would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.
