The rudest and most unprofessional accountants Iv ever come across , hanging up the phone , been rude over the phone not giving indications or names to whom I'm speaking.
How do company's like this even exist....
All this relating to my brother who's passed away and still after 5 months as next of kin cannot gain any information regarding my brothers affairs.

We are an established Community Interest Company, government regulated. Mills and Black were the rudest company we've come across. They do not know our company but refused to do our accounts on the basis that "they've had their fingers burned with one cic before". Whatever that means. Don't go near them, they are incredibly blinkered.
