Absolutely shocking. Avoid. 0 stars.

Took me having to chase constantly to get any information on why no one was responding, to find out they just wanting to be paid, paid and still had no response after another week. Finally just asked for my retainer back..

They will be totally unsurportive, and actually state they will charge you more if you need to be supported.

Just avoid and don't waste your time

Edit: They did respond to THOSE emails, but the ones previous on the 2nd Sept were totally ignored until payment, and then when following up, also ignored

They have missed a comma in their advertising Narcissistic, Specialist Solicitors.
