I went to visit Tammy for reflexology over several months while recovering from a knee injury earlier this year. Tammy is brilliant, compassionate and highly skilled. The space where she offers reflexology is beautiful, calming and relaxing. Highly recommended.

I can't rate Tammy highly enough! She is the kindest, wisest and gentlest soul. Her reflexology sessions work like magic ? (aches and pains disappeared after a course of sessions last year) and I have also had Reiki one-to-one sessions and attended the Reiki circles that Tammy runs too. If you've not experienced treatments like Reiki or Reflexology before, Tammy would be my go-to person to recommend as she will make you feel instantly at ease, supported and healed. I can't give any more stars than 5 but I would if I could. ?

Really brilliant reflexology treatment from Tammy. She really knows her stuff! I hadn’t had a bowel movement for 4 days (very unusual for me) and my stomach was very bloated and uncomfortable…she got things moving immediately! The next morning I was back to my normal digestion. Very thankful! Highly recommend

Tammy has a wealth and breadth of knowledge and experience helping other people untsick and heal from unhealthy situations. She has personally helped me to re-balance my energy, become more centred which in turn has paid dividends into my success of healing some old wounds that were holding me back.
