HIGHLY recommend this wonderful lady and her incredible work! Had my first trauma release session last week and it really was like having a 4 hour long massage and 5 hours of therapy, yet I was only there a couple of hours. Will definitely become a regular! Jen is an amazing and very authentic guide, teacher and being. She helps me to be a better human and has a great knowledge about Moon and energies. Her sound baths are very intense and bring out what needs to be addressed in order to be able to heal and find inner peace. I wouldn’t be who I am now if I didn’t attend Full Moon Ceremonies led by Jen from Lunar Spirit Wellbeing. She offers amazing courses and ceremonies that are always very well prepared and packed with great programme.
