Been dealing with this company now for few years, having a no win no fee contract, against a solar panel company. Signed settlement letter 7/10/19 stating how much we will owe on 3/11/19 sent email asking how far they had got and would the settlement fee change as advised we have to keep paying the monthly direct debit. The answer is NO so we could in fact pay any number of direct debit payments so would have thought the final amount owing would be less how many further payments we make, obviously I am missing the point somewhere. After being taken for a ride by the solar panel and financial company, feeling well and truly fed up.

We heard absolutely nothing from them after we spoke to them. We got contacted direct by the company making us an offer which we accepted as we hadn't heard from Resolved Claims in months. I thought they had gone bust! Then we get a message saying they wanted their fee. I have no problem paying for something when it is delivered but they didn't. No communications for months. What happened after that was the mot unprofessional customer service I have experienced. We received threatening emails saying they were taking us to court - again not a problem, but the language and bullying tactics used were disgusting. Apparently they had taken legal action and tried to get us to pay when in fact they hadn't lodged anything with the courts. Communication would've made all the difference here. We had one call with them, they registered the claim, then the next thing we hear is they "want their money , you will pay"!

I was a bit apprehensive about dealing with this type of company but have found them to be very efficient. We received the money that we were due very quickly and the staff we dealt with were very helpful and courteous.
