Useless administration staff, but excellent knowledge and expertise from Elaine. When you employ a person as a first line contact, employ someone that knows what they are doing. Sadly, Amanda hasn't a clue.
If you like being frustrated waiting responses, use Standish. Otherwise use someone else.

We called to get a document urgently notarised . After 10 minutes on the phone answering the questions the receptionist told us that we had to wait a week. A fact she could have shared at the beginning.
