I have received fantastic service from Rosie and the team at Laywersonline. I needed Independent Legal Advice as part of a Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor mortgage application, and this was by far the most competitive quote I could find. My conveyancing transaction has been severely delayed, requiring re-issue of the ILA numerous times and the team have been most accommodating with this. I absolutely reccommend to anyone requiring similar services.

Rosalie provided Independent Legal Advice (ILA) for my sister in support of a mortgage, and rather than actually providing any advice, seemed to simply treat it as a box ticking exercise, asked my sister if she knew the address and could confirm the mortgage details, and then ended the call in less than 5 minutes. I called up within 30 minutes of the call ending to complain and demand actual advice be given, and the team managed to get my case confused with not one but two other cases before finally figuring out who their clients were. They did then provide a second call where my sister could actually ask some questions and gain confidence she understood what she was signing onto (which is the only reason they didn't receive only a single star). The purchase ended up falling through and we had to start the purchase process again with a new house, and when asked if the lawyers could confirm the ILA was still valid for the new house (which was the same location, price, and mortgage type) they said we'd need to pay ANOTHER £180 just to have the address changed.

Could not recommend less, the same services are provided by other online solicitors for the same price and which actually provide well thought out advice (because we ended up going with them for the second ILA!).

Rosie provided the ILA service for my limited company BTL mortgage application and I am extremely satisfied. I needed to have this turned around in a week and she managed to do it in two days, which includes time for postage as well. The price is reasonable and much cheaper than the quotes I received from my local solicitors. I will definitely use them again when the opportunity arises and recommend them to others.

I found Lawyers Online through a lot of research and based on people’s review, compared many quite. I need an ILA for my remortgage. I am glad I found the right place. I scheduled a call with Rosie Houghton, they are very efficient. Unlike other lawyers gave me a very long list of tasks and charged a list of admin fees, rigid unnecessary process etc. If you know what you are doing, this is definitely right place.
Next I wanted to mentioned Max, he is one of the reception or admin person guy there. I bank with HSBC and their mortgage process is so confusing, end up needed a few back and forth of documents to Rosie and Max is very responsive and helpful. Overall I highly recommend them for ILA!
