Happy with this agency, staff is great I was given plenty of work, considering it's harder to find Class 1 Driver jobs around North East, then in other places (i.e. Midlands). It's not their fault some shifts are getting cancelled though..

Great agency with a wide range of clients around the North East. I am a truck driver and been registered with BC for the last 6 months. Never short of work, anytime I need it they have some for me. Decent friendly staff always there to sort something out if it's needed. Paid on time every time never had any issues. Pleasure to work with

I was skeptical at first, but so far, my experience has been been so good. Right from the first call to the offer letter, the whole process went smoothly, and I was assisted during all the stages. So far so good,my agent Jordan seems like a good person to work with,he has gotten me straight into work and sent me all the info and relevant correspondence I needed really quickly.my registration only took about 15-20 minutes to complete,there was quite a few exercise questions to complete but I understand they need to make sure you aren’t completely brain dead before they give you a start so that was understandable.
All in all the process was quick and easy so 5 stars from me 👍……..can’t believe I forgot to update my review.one word of advice,make sure you call them up a couple of days before pay day just in case your pay isn’t right because they absolutely will not correct until the next week even if it is all their fault your pay wasn’t right,it happened to me twice inside of just a few weeks.i ended up having to leave best connection and use another agency to continue my work with company I was working for.I would not work for best connection again.

Well what can I say what a great bunch of people took me on working for dpd and when I had the opportunity to go early for a job for a franchise they asked me to hold fire to witch I am greatfull because if that I have now been took on full time with the company and get all the benefits I would truly recommend these amazing group of people to help you on your journey thanks best connections 😀
