Extremely disappointed with the service received from this company. Very dishonest in their approach to finding you the best energy deal and being mis sold my energy contract.
The matter was reported to the energy ombudsman and thankfully, the decision awarded, was in my favour. That said, my company is still out of pocket by several thousand pounds due to their actions..
I would not recommend this company and would urge others to look at alternative companies.
