We had a level 2 survey completed by Fife and Kimmitt, the report was clear and understable.

Mitch called before the survey to have quick chat about any concerns and got straight to the job. Within a week the survey was completed and explained to us.
Mitch also followed up on a call back request to us and is a credit to company.

They deliver high quality customer service and surveys, the price for the level 2 survey was really worth it too.

Zero Stars, wasted his time and mine coming to the property when all he did was google what houses of a completely different location, size and finish sold for.
Came back with a ridiculous valuation of between £127k&£147k. Number 3 sold for £175k in 2021 Number 6 sold for £167,500 in
2021 Number 8 £170k in 2020 Mine sold for £197k in 2013 and has the largest plot by a substantial margin and an end terrace. Clearly the valuer who came out is referring to properties that are completely not comparable with the river side location, size of the house and plot, and the standard of finish. I completely reject and seriously question the valuers professional competence and judgement.
