I recently purchased a laptop from this company of which the laptop failed to work correctly at all after picking it up from their shop. The laptop was sold to me as new but I can only describe it as a failed refurbish effort judging by the state of it.
Having spoken to the apparent manager of the company a Mr Stuart Godfrey I explained my issues to him although he was completely patronising and very rude regarding the whole issue after explaining it to him on the phone.
I have never been so insulted by an owner of company and I am still awaiting either a refund or details of how to rectify the issue a month later as Stuart still has not got back to me of which I feel I have given him long enough and will be seeking legal action.
I will not be returning ever again to this tinpot street shop and can’t stress enough to anyone contemplating using FHS computers not to use this second rate company.

I've been a Fort House customer since the early days and am on my second desktop with this, and my fabulous Fujitsu laptop, performing as well as the day I bought them.
Everyone has always been most helpful and knowledgeable given my inability to express problems in suitable 'geek speak'.
From providing quality hardware, fixing printer software, boosting a broadband signal, de-cluttering hard drives and replacing puppy-chewed cables, FHS have always been my go-to place for all things computers.

Massive thanks to FHS computers! Turned up to work with a full days Mot's booked in and my mot computer wouldn't turn on. Went straight up to FHS computers they stripped it down tested and replaced a blown rare part that they had in stock, All fixed and back up and working, major life savers. Great service and highly recommended
