I am so glad I found DS computer services!

I had a laptop that wasn’t turning on. It restarted and ended up on the blue screen. I looked up the best laptop repairs in Swindon and DS Computer services came up with 5 stars! It was the top on the list. I read the reviews and felt confident! I messaged Darren about my problem and Darren was quick to respond to my queries and was very professional. He kept me in the loop and told me and consulted me before going forward with anything. Price is very reasonable and great! I can’t thank him enough for being able to help me retrieve my data and fix my laptop. I contacted Darren regarding a broken keyboard on my laptop. I had sourced the parts required and arranged a drop off time. I explained to Darren how I am running an important campaign and could not do without my laptop for much time.
In response to this, Darren arranged to see me outside of normal hours and quickly had my laptop operational again. He even came ot to collect after another problem developed with the mouse functionality.
Again, within 24hrs and a t no extra cost, Darren had collected, repaired and returned my laptop and I am extremely happy with both service and prices.

I completely recommend his services and DS Computer Services Ltd will be my first port of call for any future IT problems and updates.

I am so grateful to Darren for repairing my laptop. As a uni student with just a few weeks to go before I submit my dissertation, it wasn't great timing when my laptop developed a fault. My desktop PC decided one day to not power up, I did the basic checks using YouTube. This failed to identify the problem so I looked for a local company with good reviews and found DS Computer Services. I telephoned first and then took my PC to Darren and he diagnosed the problem, at the same time I requested a quote for some upgrades. He came back quickly with what I considered a reasonable price so I gave him the go ahead to proceed.

Within a couple of days including the weekend he came back with the work completed. Due to operator error on my part I had to speak with Darren to get it sorted, which he did and I now have a PC that is lightening quick when compared to its previous performance.

At all times Darren was very professional with excellent communication throughout, I would certainly recommend and use again.

I put a shout out on Facebook for a recommendation for a man to fix my laptop. I decided to go with DC computer Services. I am so glad I choose Darren.
