Avoid.
We used them for the sale and purchase of property. Viki was unresponsive to communication ....weeks would go by without responding to emails and phone calls, with no updates as promised. When work was completed it was done to a good standard but there was still outstanding issues which caused multiple delays in completing.
Two months on from completing there are still documents outstanding and surprise surprise, Viki does not respond to queries!! They might be cheap but if you value your sanity and want things resolved quickly, go elsewhere.
I could honestly list at least 10 more issues we had with them, including lying and withholding funds but I'll save that for the formal complaint that will be submitted to the Ombudsman!
