We was new to owning a business and needed our "hands holding" to begin with. Pedley & Co were recommended to us by a friend. We contacted them, spoke to someone who was really lovely. We was then assigned an accountant who was very "sparce" with their advice, we asked on several occasions for a face to face meeting but a date was never provided. Email responses became less and less until no contact at all, he also didn't answer his phone to us and on the odd time he did we were told he had a meeting. At the point of now responses or returned calls, we had been trading for 4 months, we should have completed a VAT return, which we were never made aware of even though they were aware of our VAT registered - not totally their fault we take some responsibility for this however we asked what was the best software to use and did ask for support with VAT returns. In the end we went with another company. I will not return or use Pedley & co again. I am really disappointed with the lack of support and communication from this company.
If you are a new business who needs a lot of support to begin with then this is NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU.

For us unfortunately, you get the bare minimum, littered with inconsistencies over the years and very little in the way of help or advice. Poor communication and just no real efficiency or quality. My rating is a fair one based on the service we get.
