Highly recommend ascentant accountancy ! Im self employed and with the end of the tax year coming up I was in a panic . Kevin met with me and helped me do my tax return , putting me at ease , being very patient and welcoming. Nothings to much trouble . I have started as self employed last April and wasn't quiet sure how to carry on with registering myself with HMRC. I have contacted Ascentan at Ripley office and met with Kevin the very next day. He has helped me to register there and then! Brilliant service. I would highly recommend. And I will be back to have my taxes sorted when the time comes. Thank you Kevin 😊👍

I edit a village Newsletter and manage the funding that I receive via a Treasurer’s account with a well-known bank.
Then suddenly after many years I received a “Tax Residency Self-Certification form for entities” from the bank “out of the blue”. Totally irrelevant really to this account.
The form might as well been in a foreign language, it was all “Double Dutch” to me. No one locally seemed to know about this form or able to help. The bank could only advise to seek the help of an accountant.
After two failed attempts at filling the form, Kevin Drew of Ascentant Accountancy offered to help at the Ripley Office. After a couple of days I met up with him and within less than half an hour he had demonstrated how to fill in the form. It has now been posted, hopefully never to come back again!
